m4rsxpk3r Follow-up Report

Near the bottom of the post is an excerpt from my PM I sent to I Bleed Duke Blue basically explaining this whole situation. I don't think that if I explained it over I could articulate it any better so I am just going to quote the PM I sent and summarize briefly.


The bottom line is this:

It was largely just a HORRIBLE miscommunication between me and him, that occurred because he
a) misinterpreted when I wanted a recovery test done
and...
b) did not reply for 6 hours after I messaged him on skype (he was asleep)



This was NOT an attempted scam though. I fully believe that it wasn't. I DID ask for a recovery test, however I DID NOT say I wanted it done INSTANTLY, I meant for it to be done in a few weeks...

However...

M4rsx kept me added on skype even after I made the report and showed me that the SAME INFO he gave me when he sold me the account was the SAME INFO that was used when he recovered the account.

If his intentions were to scam me originally he wouldn't have given me correct info.

HOWEVER, keep in mind when you are reading this I DO NOT have the ACCOUNT BACK or ANY COMPENSATION for it. He refuses to give me the account back or pay me because he thinks he was wrongfully banned (which he was) and that even if he paid me or gave me back the account he would NOT GET UNBANNED because the staff perceive my report as an attempted scam... though he has proved to me it was obviously not an attempted scam as BEFORE ANY OF THIS HAPPENED the info he gave me on the account when selling it to me was 100% accurate as he proved via his recovery. If he just planned to recover the account in the future, he wouldn't have given me correct info.

Right now... I am at a loss of $210+ USD that I paid to him via RSGP and the actual account itself. I just want to be paid back what I lost, but he says he will never pay me back as long as he is banned or give me the account because he was banned wrongfully and really allegedly banned for just doing a recovery test.

It seems we may have been mistaken in his ban. We're talking it over now, thanks for your continued patience.

The fact that he hasn't given the account back is bothersome, but I think we can figure everything out shortly, shouldn't be a problem.

Don't feel bad, things like this happen a lot (as per the mindfuck.) Some situations are very touchy and require lengthy dealings. Thanks for all of the information and clarify.

 

Honestly you have all been pretty fast in answering my reports / pms. And I just want to say that I really appreciate your efforts to help me w/ this situation ^_^

The staff team has come to the decision to keep m4rspk3r permanently banned, due to past actions as well as the current situation where he is refusing to pay the user Valstone's RSGP unless unbanned.

If Valstone is paid, m4 will be allowed and recommended to pardon, as this is the only available route.
