Explanation of the trade: 250m for btc, was supposed to be in increments. after i gave first increment of 60m he didnt send btc, made up some excuses then ignored me

he said he sent btc after first 60m increment. which was a lie, since i was planning to give second increment before the btc payment was confirmed.


its been 3 hours since i payed him, hes no longer replying on skype
