Zuzel111 is nice and easy to talk to. Looking at that "incident" above, I just think that there was a misunderstanding. Both parties can calm down and move on after that incident.

Just talked to him on Skype regarding some questions about scammer reports and OMM/MM positions and he answered them directly without beating around the bush and helped me regain confidence! Thanks dude

It doesn't take much time out of your day to say something along these lines,

"Your dispute is denied because you have evidently broken a rule that warrants a ban, HOWEVER, you may request a pardon. This is the link, blah blah blah"

The way you said it there just leaves the nigga to think his chances are done and that his dispute being denied = gg

I know you're busy and shit but I really think all mods, not just you, should put a little more effort into responding to disputes. Take a look at unb4nn3ds responses in the report a scammer section. Those are quality

 

He should know dispute forum is to dispute wrongful bans / bans which werent absolutely clear. In this case we got clear ban evasion which is already perm ban offence. After reading sticky in request a pardon section he'll understand it and post proper pardon if he wants to get back to Sythe Community. Thanks for your feedback through

 

I agree, he SHOULD know but he clearly doesn't and the way you only say "dispute denied" could make him think he has no chance. "Dispute denied but look here (link here)" is so much better and only 3 words longer. Just my 2 cents. Thanks for your work here man

I feel like that was a bit mean.
Maybe say nicely that he has to follow certain guidelines to filling out a scam report instead of just sounding hostile towards him :/

He was just scammed. A little compassion wouldn't hurt :/

Extremely umprofessional. Cant tell whether you are trying to be funny and failing or simply think the pardon system is a joke and don't bother to read them.

Regardless, this is simply unprofessional. A lot of people put a lot of time and effort into their pardons, they are to be taken seriously.

 

I read what I had to read, I didnt need to read the whole pardon. Johng isnt threat to community at all so what more needs to be added?
