Personally my favourite staff, deals with trades in a professional manner and gets your fire cape in a tick! And I haven't forgotten the great middleman services!

 

Zuzel is great at what he does, he gets reports done quick does a great fcape service ! Thumbs Up!

 

Earlier today I was banned by Zuzel due to him thinking I falsified my vouches. I admit due to the way things looked on my thread, it could be seen as fake. The thing i'm highly disappointed about is that Zuzel didn't give me the benefit of the doubt. Instead of investigating the validity of the vouches, he permabanned me and I was placed w/ the TWC rank. I logged in and it said I would NEVER be unblocked. Ofcourse I appealed the ban as he had no RIGHT to ban me in the first place.

If you are going to ban someone who has for one been here longer than you have or let alone permaban ANYONE, DO YOUR JOB AND INVESTIGATE. Just cause you got a nifty button to ban someone, it shouldn't be abused. It goes to show how quick you were to ban me w/o taking the initiative to check the validity of my vouches.

PATHETIC. By far this is the worst encounter i've had using Sythe throughout the 5+years i've been here. All due to an unresponsible Mod who was quick to jump w/o any valid support details.

 

In future reference quote others posts , not your own. You quoted your own posts in your own vouch thread which is not symbol of trust. That's pretty much self-vouching. Instead of calling me pathietic go browse other vouch threads and look how your vouch thread should look like. I wasnt the only one who suspected your vouches for being fake, there's reason for that

Zuzel, you included in your ban on my account that I falsified my vouches. Please provide me supporting details about this 'falsified vouch.' I'll wait forever and a decade. You won't come up with jack shit cause you didn't investigate SHIT!

 

As I said, you quoted your own posts as vouches which were supposed to be received by other side of trade, without any note about that they're vouches left to others by you. I am not sorry for your ban, it wasn't my fault your vouch thread had to be the outstanding 'hipster' one.

 

So not only did you falsely ban me, you are now insulting me. What a fucking power hungry douche you are. If you took the time to see where the quotes CAME FROM and did your job to INVESTIGATE the validity of the quoted vouches on my thread, I wouldn't be on your feedback thread. Still no proof given. Just another shitty Mod.

 

I really appreciate your feedback, case is solved, you were punished for just like 24hours, you avoided TwC, I agreed on unbanning you, I dont know what's your problem anymore. As I said, if your vouch thread looked properly everything would be OKay. If you want to quote your trade history do it in blog or something, not in your recommendation thread, you're supposed to collect vouches from OTHER members on it.

 

I still don't see how you are BLIND to the fact that you initially wrongfully permabanned me WITHOUT ANY SUPPORTING DETAILS. Like what kind of fucking procedure do you go through when you make these bans?

Let's not get out of hand, please. A mistake was made and there's nothing more to be done about it. This is exactly why the dispute forum is in place for events such as these.

 

The reason why I'm expressing this and more so making a scene if anything is for these admins to get on top of these Mods who are falsely banning users! You should have set and required procedures when PERMA banning anyone.

Not only did he not falsely ban me, he insulted me, and brushed it all off as if it was no big deal. But it is a big deal, in the event I would be PERMA banned? pfft.

Admins, get on these Mod's asses and ensure that they are doing everything correctly to prevent this issue from occurring again in the future, and all in one you will have one less angry user.

Had he investigated my thread and did his job, maybe he could have messaged me and advised me of the issue, instead of resorting to such disciplinary action. Or... You could have deleted the thread as you already HAVE!

 

You were supposed to be banned for two weeks and receive TWC. Ban wasn't permament, it just displayed for you as perm.

I'm aware of these rules and the fine print.

If you fake vouches, steal vouches or in any way attempt to pass of illegitimate vouches as legitimate you will be banned for 2 weeks and be given a TWC. A second offence will result in a permanent ban.

Where it says SELF vouch at the beginning, this is in reference if you were to make two accounts and vouch each other (therefore being wrong)

I did not in anyway pass off illegitimate vouches? I'm sure you would have discovered this IF YOU DID YOUR JOB AND INVESTIGATED THE VALIDITY OF THE VOUCHES!~ Holy shit, it's like hitting a whole new definition of 'retard' with you.

You are just trying to come up with more excuses for NOT actually taking the initiative to investigate the bans you approve!

 

Keep in mind, you quoted vouches from not your own threads, thats true you left them but they belong to these who you trusted while trading, so they shouldn't be in your vouch thread. That's end of discussion, as I said, case is solved. If there's anything else I can help you with, hit me up

 

Nah, you've the most helpful, pfft not. Thanks for banning me and creating such frustration due to YOUR lack of will to do your job and for providing such brilliant supporting details as to what WAS FALSELY VOUCHED.

You had many alternative solutions other than perma banning me(sure it was for 2 weeks, but to me it said perm so that is all i had to go off of) msging me to notify me of the issue, deleting the thread and advise me to make a new one w/ the correct info.

I'm over this, just had to make a big enough scene to be heard, hopefully an admin can get back to me about this whole issue and hopefully there is some sort of discipline sent your way for your wrongful actions w/o supporting proof.

I'm glad a Mod who is a face of Sythe is so professional. Issuing bans claiming that I falsified vouches w/o providing ANY supporting details. Banning w/o even investigating his claim. The behavior and the way you handled the issue was beyond irritating and unprofessional. I'm glad to hear that there aren't any set procedures that come into place when judging a perma ban.

Thank you for wasting my time when this could have been solved in a matter of deleting the thread and notifying me of the issue. Instead, resorted to disciplinary action resulting in a permaban with no supporting details.

You are by far the most irresponsible, arrogant, immature and unprofessional Mod i've ever encountered.
