Since both scans are clean, we can not do much because there is insufficient proof that Needagspure038 compromised the account (As he doesn't have any other reports, currently)

1) ZR1 may have wanted levels for free and changed his mind on the HCIM and wanted a regular Ironman
2) Needagspure038 could've gotten bored/now trolling

Only thing you can really do here @ZR1 is to contact jagex and try to revert the account to its HCIM status claiming its been compromised since @Needagspure038 's IP is logged on it; they may just revert it for you.

Other than that, you two need to come up with a plan/xpgp/hr for the levels 76-80 firemaking that was done.

It does not take a rocket scientist to see that he clearly died and the original post I made was that the person was responsible for death.

Turning a hardcore Ironman account into a regular Ironman account is like turning a ultimate into a normal account no one does that.

@ZR1 you need to pay for the service done until now as there's insufficient evidence to show who logged in and died on the account. I know @Kreaated is holdin the money so once an agreement is made on how much should be paid could you please pay it out and refund the rest to ZR1.

I never argued about paying him one if my first posts was I'd pay him right away as long as the account was still a hardcore. I don't care about the 2$ I care that he ruined the account.

By this logic I could do an inferno cape for someone take 1000$ worth of gear and say it wasn't me and there would be no way you could prove it.....

Or for some reason I ruined my own account just to start a new one.

Hey @ZR1 I looked through the evidence and have concluded that you should pay OP for the amount of exp he trained on your account.
While I do believe something might have happened on OP's end there is no proof of this and unfortunately we cant make any kind of ruling based on assumptions alone. Sorry for the loss of your account's status.
