Okay, let's take your word for it. You were closer to 47 than 46, which is 10.5k/83 = 12.65%
4875k - 617k = 4258k owed, not 3.5m and certainly not 2.85m like your maths suggests at the start.

Now that you know the final amount, kindly work on the refund.

so 2/3rd's of the 4875k, is 3.25m

i rounded up to 3.5m

But you just said that on page 1. You wanted to use your 1 hour's worth of training to get that much removed from the total you werec completely happy to use 45-54. The truth of the matter is, you completed 12.65% of the thieving, whether you trained for 10 minutes in that hour, or 60 minutes is irrelevant. What's relevant is the amount of xp you achieved. Now that you've realised this you want to go back and say you never agreed to it. That's not how it works.

4258k is what you owe, that's not being changed. Either agree to refund that or take your ban.

the thieving order was for 3 hour @ 4875k i completed 1 hour of the 3 hours

leaving the refund amount 3.5m rounded up
