Explain the service: He was instructed to get me 64 wintertodt crates over the course of 8-10 hours, user got me 25 crates and told me he was going to finish up the job the next night. Next night comes around and he doesn't do the job either and I didn't need anymore crates because I did the job myself. We then agreed to settle for some thieving xp the next night. He doesn't do that either. He then appears "offline" until I threaten to submit a scam report on Sythe. As soon as I send the PM, he responds back to me.

hey this order was placed with no time limit or mention of urgency
could not finish the order on the first night and was happy to finish during the day but buyer was on the account,

buyer choose to hire another worker the next night, who scammed him,

buyer charged the order from wt to theiveing because he was scammed, i was happy to do this,

offered him 3 hours of theiveing as this was roughly the time to finish WT order,

due to time difference buyer required me to start @ 6am my time so i only managed 1 hour before passing out,

i feel asleep and woke up to messages demanding a refund
at this point (3am) i didn't really feel like staying up another 3 hours for the 2 hours of theiving.

i did offer a refund or finish the order but wont have gold to refund him until 25th
or when my accounts sell: free advertising: [SELLING] 3 HAND TRAINED MAINS - ZEROREACH'S ACCOUNT SHOP [VOUCHED]

buyer was never scammed just a little impatient or unclear on the urgency

to be clear on the work: order 64 crates @125k ea
first night 25 crates

5 mins per crate * 34 remaing = 2.8 (3 hours)
less the 1 hour of theiving = 2.85m refund

i don't play runescape nor do i keep any gold hence the delay in refund

BUYER WAS NEVER SCAMMED feel free to add TWC OR DNT Until buyer is refunded or changes his mind

if we can agree on a 3m refund i may be able to do this before 25th

 

@zeroreach also accepted a 85-99 Wintertodt order from me as well... That is until i requested we use a MM. He declined saying he doesn't trust MM and he needed money to refund this guy lol @Gladiator

Post clearly says 8-10 hours from that time.

Time difference was made aware during when I first made the order.

You still said you could do it at night. Not my issue if you can't hold true to your word.

He offers to finish the job after I already reported him. Why on Earth would I let someone who scammed me back on my account with untradeables?

You've agreed to a refund because you're busy and that's fine. You've completed 25/64 crates, which is 39%. You were paid 8000k in total. You're to refund the remainder which is 4875k.

i refused mm to deal with this dnt with his payment (i keep 0 rs gold)

i assumed buyer knew about DNT from this message

priced at 1/3rd of the of the remaining amount.

 

if the buyer wants to be petty i can too

He started while I was at 45 thieving. He got to 46. You call that 1 hour of work? Yeah. Okay.

False. Told seller I play during the daytime and explained the difference in our timezones. He said it shouldn't be a problem because I only needed someone to train my account at night in my timezone.

• or me having been scammed

hence why i assumed you had seen the DNT

Stop responding while I'm trying to get this solved. You're not adding anything valuable anymore before you're given an infraction.

i played 3 hours rather than 4

 

No one cares whether you keep rs gold or not. It is your responsibility to repay what you didn't complete, you had enough time. The customer rightfully doesn't want you to finish the service, because you've taken too long - which is why you agreed to a refund yourself on Discord.

You completed 45-46 thieving which is 6.5k/83k xp (from 45-54) = 7.8% completed of the remaining 4875k refund that you owe.

4875k-380 = 4495k is what you still owe @zeroreach, even after completing the small portion of thieving.

Let me know your arrangements to get that sorted.
