L0l dude, you can't expect to appeal every account with your appeals. That doesn't happen that way.

Can you unbann account with no appeal? By sending them a E-mail to jagex.
My account got banned during june 2009 (Mass ban) I would pay you if you unbanned , if it didnt work i wont ask you 2x i just wont pay.

 

you cant say there is a 100% chance of getting it back unless of course you know how to hack jagex and unbann any account you like or you work for jagex and can do what you want with any account. neither of which are very likely. i would change that 100% to a 95% to be safe.
