Hey im just curious to see a few peoples reactions on what they believe the point in being alive is.
A few days ago I was talking to my friend about this, and we thought of the reasons why we're here.
My friend was stupid and just said to do drugs and stay fucked up.

I said there was no reason, and we are just an overdeveloped species. And our brain is the key that allows us to comprehend everything, all our emotions. So if we can process happiness, thats the meaning of life.
Personally, I believe in happiness. Not just ones own happiness, but the happiness that one can create for another being. Live life, love every moment.

I have thought about this for ages, and still can't work it out, get educated, earn money and die.

 

Disrespect women accquire currency is the correct term I believe.
Get educated, make money, and sexually please yourself with females is also a correct answer.

IMO, there is no "meaning" to life or anything...We are just here, we happened...all you can do is go through life until you die..

 

Depressing as it sounds, this is true. We are just another species of mammals.
And to be honest, we are fucking the earth up. It's gonna kill our race. I just know it

 

Disregard females, acquire currency*. The phrase 'fuck bitches, get money' is often misunderstood. It means disregard females, not literally fuck them. This stems from the belief that women are expensive to purchase and maintain and so by disregarding them (fuck bitches), one would acquire currency (get money).

Life is about achieving a balance between happiness (through whatever makes you happy, be it sex, marriage, children, fast cars, tripping, sport, bodybuilding) and what you must do to maintain yourself (work, eating healthy foods, education, taxes etc)

 

I personally think it's about finding your key to happiness and evolution .

 

If the brain can process happiness, than that should be a great focus. And the point about evolution is true as well. Though humans have around for 25,000 years? And we aren't doing to well..

Again, i'm not 100% sure if other mammals can experience happiness etc.

One thing that always messes with me about the whole we are just here to live and die is my dreams. For instance deja vu, I've experienced it many times, not just where I'm at in a certain place in the dream, but where everything is perfectly lined up. My friends(if thats what I had the dream about) are wearing the same clothes, we are at the exact same place where something is being said, or done, and all the same people are there from when I dreamt it. I know not everyone has had this happen, but a few could understand.

Just makes me wonder how there is no purpose or can't be a purpose, but our mind is able to predict something to that extent. Dreams can also tell you a lot I think about who you are, and where you're going.

I've experienced Deja Vu a lot myself. It happens where I'll dream of a day, and then a few months later or so that day will occur.
Just strange Imo
