You Made A Mistake.

Basically the reason why you have banned me is because of an obby mauler i had sold. (totally different account to the one i'm currently selling)

ok where to start... i was selling an obby mauler from which was bidded on quite alot as it had quite good stats skill and combat wise.

i had sold the account to a (TumblrTimes), he was happy with the purchase he had made although he messed me and the middleman involved (jake kastle) around, by agreeing to a 17.5m sale.. and midway through the sale he decided he was only going to pay 16m.. i then had to inform the middleman involved and pay a 1m middlemanning fee because of him messing the trade about.

the trade itself went very smoothly as you can see from the vouches from jake and tumblr had left me. Jake checked over the account to check there was no settings set, and never was. (he checked these over himself and then informed Tumblr before proceeding to completing the trade.)

the trade was then complete and i was happy, although he changed his mind about prices at the last minute and i had people willing to pay 18m+ even tho at the end i took 15m for the account (i lost out on gold) i took this offer because one: im trying to build a good reputation for myself. two: i choose to be different to all the scammers on sythe.

3/4 weeks passed .. and i was inactive for abit due to taking unsociable hours at work to cover for a work colleague. (after the trade was made.. we added eachother in game as i think as a seller on sythe i personally like to keep in contact with the buyers just incase they need a questioned answered or help in the future) and we kept in contact by mobile and ingame.

i came online roughly 3/4 weeks after the trade and tumblrtimes had sent me a message saying "hey mate, about that account you sold me.. i think i forgot the password" , i then replied with "ohh no worries the email was set to your email so if you reset it , you can change it yourself ?"

he got back to me around 2 days later , because i was working alot.. with "uhmm. the name has been changed and the account had gained levels , do you have the account?" .... i then replied with "i dont have the account , when i make a trade, it is called a trade for a reason.. the item/account then becomes yours or a different owners." ..

i offered to try and help him by reminding him of my details... i.e .. ip address ( which was hard because i was using a dongle due to moving houses at the time with my family, and virginmedia had not yet fit my new modem)..
i gave him the ip when the account was made, phone number... old email... old passes .. basically everything i could to assist him.

he had no luck so i myself took time out of what i was doing and felt it was right for me to attempt to recover the account on his behalf as i was the account seller.. and he had paid me for an account so he deserved the account as it was his..

i emailed jagex@parents or something around them lines.. the first email i had sent im not even sure if they looked/read it.. so a couple of days later i sent a 2nd email basically saying.. my account has been hacked.. here is the details of the account .. ip address. email . passes etc etc..
i got a reply back with "do you try recovering an account which may not be your's" .. i then thought to myself.. the possibilities which had happened...

Recently.. Jake Kastle was banned.. - He had access to the accounts settings whilst middlemanning.

Tumblrtimes refused to scan for viruses/malware whilst i was attempting to assist him in getting the account back..

when i was emailing jagex, they said the details were incorrect.. now im not sure if it was because the account never had any settings.. and i left them blank as i didn't have anything set... or they based them incorrect because tumblr had set recoves, jags , email and passwords.. and i didn't state that in the email..

Please can you look into this for me.. i can go into more detail if spoken to 1to1.. this is just a rough review of what happened...
