I Was Banned

hello, basically i was bumping my thread and talking to a guy who was interested in buying an account i had for sale.. once i had sent this message it said i was banned.

The long awaited story..

Around 3 weeks ago.. i had sold a account to a guy named : Tumblrtimes.
the account was being sold for 18m we had agreed.. jake kastle was middlemanning it.. because i didn't have skype because i was playing by a dongle at the time as i moved house and had no internet untill virginmedia had fit it in.

basically.. we agreed 18m in thread/pm .. as we proceeded to continue with the trade.. i had a private message from Tumblrtimes saying he had changed his mind but he would buy for 16m... i was confused to why he would offer 18m then change his mind.. and i didn't want to mess jake kastle around anymore then i had to with this trade.. so i accepted..

after then finishing the trade from which the account stated and proof shown: never had any recoveries, jags , email (basically Nothing set) i said if he needed anyhelp with information or questions to just message me as i work 5-6 days a week. both left on good terms..

both speaking and added each other on runescape as we trained/pked together as he said it would put his mind at rest if he kept in touch with me, me being the account seller.. i didn't mind this as im trying to build a good reputation for myself and would show im taking care of my customers in a way.

3/4 weeks passed.. i get a random message saying "hey how u doing.. have you taken the account back" , i replied with " taken it back ? the account is yours as you bought it and i haven't been on much as i have been doing overtime at work"..

with the different timezones it made the communication a little difficult to communicate so i stayed up abit later than usual to resolve this the best way possible..

finally got on around the same time, and talked.. he told me .. the account has now gained attack, other stats and also a name change...

i replied to asking if he downloaded any viruses and to virus scan his computer to which he refused to do.. so the possibility could be he got hacked.. i also said, whilst jake kastle was middlemaning the trade.. i noticed he had been banned.. and when he checks the account over could have put recoves or something on the account. because ( tumblrtimes hadn't set any so he said)

i offered to try messaging jagex through their parental support email.. and giving all the info when account was created, postcode etc etc..

i couldn't provide a ip address as i had moved house and had no history of my old ip address to which i had made the account. i didn't recieve a reply from jagex the first time.. so after days past ... i kept tumblrtimes informed and he was working with me on this .. also he was trying to.. the 2nd attempt they replied saying... the information i had provided in the email was incorrect... the third attempt they replied with .. "you are trying to recover an account which isn't yours" to be straight forward..

i couldn't see much more i could assist/help tumblrtimes in trying to get this back... i then got accused daily by him and spammed on runescape..

i managed to see the account after it had it's name changed pking.. and it had quite a few changes to it since i had sold it to tumblrtimes.. i asked the person playing on it.. saying hey tumblr how u been .. (trying to see if he actually got hacked and was just looking for a refund) i got a reply with tumblr?? i said "yes?" "you know me" .. he then replied with " nop" and logged out.

if there is anymore i can do other than stated above please let me know ASAP .. because being punished when i have been a legit member of this community trying to build a good reputation for myself is really out of order..
