xxgruntxx banned?

I just tried to go to one of my quest threads and it gave me a link to this section and said banned for hacked account. Does that mean my sythe name was compromised? What do i need to do in order to be unbanned? If my account got hacked then i assume i have bigger problems if someone got my password.

 

My account was banned for hacking, i made a post in banned section and was sent here and told that i was banned as a precaution? I'm not sure if that means they were banning me thinking i was hacked?

Whatever my IP is showing now is the same home ive been posting from the past 2 years and im not sure what warning flag happened that got me banned.

 

Are you able to request a password change?

i made a post in banned and recovery section weeks ago, mods approved one and sent me to this section but i have not had a post approved yet. Now i am currently out of town while creating this post so ip's will not match, but i am wondering what is going on. How am i to get unbanned/fixed if no mods are approving my post to give me a response as to whats going on.

I dont know if my account was banned for hacking because it thinks someone got my password, or if its hacking as in it thinks i stole someone elses.

 

ive been trying for weeks to unban/recover my account, im not sure what happened that made them think i was hacked, i assume some accident error/ban as i dont have any type of service or vouches that would make someone want to use my account to try to hack.

xxgruntxx banned? is the thread i just seen, i have already tried changing password, it told me that the account was banned for hacking after.

My account was banned for hacking but i would imagine it was an accident/error. no one is telling me anything.

 

Yeah you're fine, give me a new email to place on the account. Post from the same IP you posted these recoveries.
