Posting from my home IP, I went away for a while and I'm the process got a new phone. Unfortunately I didn't think about the google auth app I had, and deleting it locked me out of both my Sythe and Discord. I can email from my Sythe email and my phone number hasn't changed although I don't recall setting a recovery phone number.
