Requiem's Clue Scroll Help

Requirements:
-Sextant, Watch, and Chart (or I can aquire for 15k with the purhcase of a clue scroll [BUT FREE ATM])
-teleports to everywhere!(level 45 magic with runes or teletabs)
-level 1 clues: FREE AT THE MOMENT
-level 2 clues: FREE AT THE MOMENT
-level 3 clues: FREE AT THE MOMENT (a decent weapon, anti poisons, some money for expences, and food. [OPTIONAL: 43 prayer for fighting wizards would be nice ^_^)
-puzzle boxes alone are FREE AT THE MOMENT

I do have a vouche thread so look it up if you wish, only 3 on it atm, but its still good!
