-In total I traded 12.5M07GP for his 07 Account. Account was recovered and I have lost all the items and of course the account.
-Second time being scammed (two different people).

 

Can a sythe admin or whatever review this so this person gets banned?

 

Can you explain exactly how you were scammed? I don't see anything wrong from the pics you provided.

Yes, I contacted him, he was online last after I sent the private message leading me to believe he read the message, secondly I contacted him on skype to no reply. Here is some proof showing the info he gave me does not work
