Buying: High Level Main Acc With Prif Access or Skill Reqs

[ProficientNomad]

Hello all, I am looking to buy an account that either has all the skill requirements for Prif or has Plague's End completed. Here is a brief list of the parameters I expect/would prefer:

-Prif skills (already stated)
-If Plague's End has not been completed, at least MEP2 completed.
-125+ combat
-~80 Slayer minimum
-Access to Invention or 70+ Divination
-No skills below level 60.
-The higher the Prayer the better.
-A Charming Imp or enough tokens to buy one.

Preference will given to accounts with higher Dungeoneering/Slayer levels. My maximum budget is $100 USD. Please let me know what you all have available.
