Please be 100% serious about letting the account go for good. The account is NOT intended for me, but for my mentally challenged sister. I would appreciate it if those whom live at the bottom of the barrel kept moving. It's just not fair to her, and I'd seriously hope even those morally lacking would be able to understand and abide.
