WTB maxed or near maxed account

[Deifted]

Looking to buy an acc maxed or near max cape. Especially important to be from a trusted user, will pay well for someone with lots of vouches. Know that I am new so I'll be willing to go throw an OMM and cover fees.

Sorry, really looking for someone trusted around the community, also just glanced at your acc, you might want to update to include blackmarks and etc. for the mods
