Worth setting up accounts for the SOF

I was just having a thought today guys and I would like to know if you guys think it would be a good idea to setup new accounts on runescape to get more spins on the squeal of fortune to get things like the fish mask and other things as when you start a new account you get membership so i suppose you will get 2 spins?

 

I think you will get 1 spin everyday.

 

I thought Fish Mask was p2p.

Was gonna say no point in making mass f2p accounts just to use the SoF, considering to my knowledge theres nothing decent to get in f2p items from it. You would be hoping to land on a great enough p2p item so it would be worth upgrading it to members to claim it, doesn't seem worth it in my opinion.

But if those fish masks are f2p, why not?

 

Not really worth the trouble. I'd say, just don't bother with SoF at all. Sure, use the free spins, but at the end of the day, you can only really expect 5k exp , or 20k gold.

 

You would have to make your accounts P2P because on F2P you only get one spin a day, which two isn't worth spending the money, nor will be one.

True, but generally you're wasting time.

It's not a fact, but i personally feel (when i made level 3's for SoF) due to the trade limit it alters your chances of winning big. That's how i fell but it's not proven.

 

Yeah that is true, in the initial 14 days you wouldn't be able to trade anything off. Some members of SRL have actually created like 500+ accounts at a time for SoF. Maybe you'd spin on each account until it won something decent or more than the cost of a subscription so you can xfer it off? Then bot on the account for the remainder of the subscription to cover costs.
