Hello there recently I made a pardon thread, and the moderators said that I would be unbanned if I refunded the Users, Little did I know that would be the hardest task in the world.
As per contacting the user, he said he didn't want to take my refund his reasoning behind that is I would get unbanned, which boggles my mind as I was telling him I'am changing my ways yet he will not take it and is now just ignoring me everytime he is online.
Here is evidence that I infact contacted the user and it is infact him, Also you can read the chat to see where he has said he doesn't wish to take a refund:

Throughout this whole process I have been in contact with Sythe Mod "Dave"
As for the second user who supplied me with the false membership pin he has now himself been banned and I have no means of contacting him although I tried regardless:

I think what the best thing would be here is that I just give a Moderator the money and then they can give it to the user(s) that is owed refund, as the first user is just ignoring me now and refuses to take a refund even though I have explained to him I am changing my ways and will never do anything like that again.
A moderator said after you have refunded the users you can post another pardon and a mod would merge the two, Although I was not able to refund the users I tried my best and I'am more than happy to give the money owed to an admin/mod so that they can get into contact with the User(s) and give them the money (hopefully they will be more responsive when a moderator is offering them the money)
