First Of all, Thank you for wasting your time reading this.

Ok, So my problem is:

When I Log in my computer and I wait until my computer get ready to work, some black flashes appear? anyone knows why?

Ps: I've this "problem" since I bought my computer.

Windows Vista by the way.

Hmm it might just be the video card check or something. But if everything is working alright I wouldn't worry about it.

Just your graphics driver. Try updating it if it really worries you that much.

I used to get this because of TV out option of my video card, try to disable that if you can find it in the settings.
