Windows 10 can't install any antivirus

I built a computer, installed windows 10. Everything installed/runs perfectly besides me trying to install avg free and or avast. Let me tell you everything i've done before you give input to save us both time.

1. ran cmd as admin ran sfc /scannow
report= nothing

2. Ran all installs as admin
access denied code by both (yes im the admin account)

3. used removal tools to clear out all left behind files and reattempted
still nothing

4. I tried turning off windows audio (saw this on some forum with tons of "this helped me" feedback
it didn't work.

5. Yes i have turned of windows defender (i've never had this problem before, usually anti virus just installs even when it's on).


If anyone knows a solution that would be greatly appreciated.

 

Where'd you get the image for windows from?

 

I have a corporate windows key, so it's an official install. I'm really trying to avoid reinstalling.

 

If anything, corporate Windows images can have pre-configured policies that prohibit you from installing anti-virus software outside the whitelist. This is true for the place I work for .
