    Will PlayerAuctions ever respond to my case?

    I've had a dispute that was resolved with a buyer with a compromise. The buyer and I have sent PA multiple emails over the week and a half about it, and haven't gotten a single response back.

    I've tried live chat. Every time someone there tells me they put my request at the top of the queue for today and will send me an email within 24 hours.

    The email never comes.

    I mean, all they literally have to do is resolve the case and the payment since the compromise is already made. Not sure why it's taking them days and weeks to do something so simple.

    What stories do you guys have about PA? :\

    I've seen so many stories about PA on Sythe, not even funny. I thought they were some huge trusted company, but they're falling over themselves recently.

    There's even a sticky on Sythe saying NOT to use PlayerAuctions :\

    Kinda crazy thing happened - I emailed both their support and mediation.

    Their support email told me to email mediation, and mediation doesn't respond ever.

    I'm hoping someone from PA sees the state of company and adds more resources to mediation and support so they can resolve my case.

    Long story short,
    I was trying to buy 07gp and they kept insisting that I send them a picture of my credit card (front and bank). Furthermore, they asked for the transaction on the bank statement. They said this was all needed to verify my payment. This is so stupid because I have never heard any place doing this and I think eventually everyone's financial data will be compromised one day. Lastly, their customer service is horrible and take forever to reply or get ignored completely. I do not even bother with PlayerAuctions anymore. Not worth the time.

    Well they responded today saying they sent an email to the buyer now even though we both sent an email over a week ago to pa. I'm estimating this will take at least another week for another response from them.

    Very odd how every experience with PA has been successful, I've never purchased something however I have had people try dispute and claim the account was recovered but they were never successful. Just remain calm and professional, best of luck mate!

    Currently working with PA on a recovery dispute case. They've responded fairly quickly so far, I have more than enough evidence provided that the account was recovered, so it should be a no brainer for the support team.

    Hi guys, I am very sorry to have taken so long to get to this thread. We have been locked out of our account for the past month or so here on Sythe due to a 6 month password limitation, and because our email servers (for whatever reason) were not receiving the password recovery emails.

    Thanks to some of Sythe's community members, they've helped us to restore access to our account by contacting the site Admins on our behalf.

    I'll be looking into this and the backlog moving forward.
