If he was banned for anything other than scamming, then you just scammed him. And even if he WAS banned for scamming, it is still unethical to do such a thing. You are held to a higher standard than the rest of the community.

 

He was banned for evading a user (Haat) who was supposed to of scammed.

But the person they're claiming him to be vading (Haat) completed a successful trade with him (Oiiz) which was even middlemanned by Zuzel back in 2012.

So you're trying to tell me that the guy traded himself using a middleman and both accounts continued to be active at the same time?
