Hi, yesterday I sent $232.80 to Sweden for roughly 195M 07 gold. He did not complete the transaction yesterday (I have received nothing), and today he is telling me that his PP account is now limited and that he cannot access his funds. Either way I refuse to chargeback because that would make it seem like I didn't send him the money legitimately... also the PP dispute center takes a month usually to fully resolve cases like this so I am out 230 bucks and I didn't get a thing. Here is all the proof:
I have the entire conversation along with the paypal statements and pictures of Sweden throughout these past 24 hours. I provided Sweden with a full payment via PP balance, a full picture of my license, and I forwarded him the email PP sent me about the money I sent him. What more can you ask for? Currently have received 0gp so it's either he pays me or he is a scammer. Please help!
