Why DON'T you play regular DMM?

starting from level 3 and having to grind quests and skills in addition people in max gear killing you, and no grand exchange

 

It's bad enough skilling on normal rs, let alone dmm.. with the risk of losing all stats and bank with one dc.

Too far behind and the somewhat lack of playerd with no grand exchange would make trading difficult

I regret not grinding the first season would be fun to log on now and again

 

basically because its pretty boring if you get killed when progressing, also the repetitiveness is defiantly to much doing it every season... boring...

 

Everyone that still plays it is already at such a big advantage that grinding and raising levels up is hard to do without being killed.

 

w45 dmm is pretty dead and looks cancer, ill pass

 

DMM is dead mainly due to the disadvantages people who start now would have. The main reason seasonals is extremely active, then dies so quickly is because at the start tons of people want to be the best, but after a day, or two you'll notice a tremendous decline in the amount of players logging in because it's essentially survival of the fittest. The more active, and experience players who can no life can remain on top, and by doing so they can camp all the heavily trained, quested, and money-making areas, and continue to kill people. Ultimately this is what the game mode is, and it's entertaining for a short period of time because people have a chance at the start, and have more motivation to compete for something unique, but with DMM there is no reset, and it's extremely hard to grind to the top. It's far too dead at the moment as well for those reasons.

Good point forgot to mention that as well. Big clans usually have alts, and other members do skills to stack up the best members in the clan, and help them get way ahead than the average solo player would. Sucks, but it is what it is.

 

clan man mode, if DM released first time, then i played it, but now i dont want play it.

 

I simply do not have the time the dm requires to start a new account again tc

 

They definitely need a new start for a sdmm.

 

I just think starting a new account, would take to much time up. I play the seasons as it's fresh.

 

People are already maxed with new prayers... nuff said

 

The idea of losing everything including my stats makes me lose all motivation for playing.

 

I never really had the time, I did watch my fair share of dmm videos on youtube though, saying that i never really understand the rules properly, not having time start over etc what mainly put me off.

 

The regular world is dominated by a clan so doing things would be next to impossible, seasonals i only play to swap now as clans dominate that too.

But it's good fun.

 

whats the point?
