Dead Man Mode, I need help!

Hey, Season 4 is this Saturday after the finals on December 17th which I'm sure everyone already knows, but this is going to be my first time attempting to play and get strong. I have a couple questions, and I need lots of advice.

What is the exp change from regular runescape? Is it like x3 the exp?

What should I do? I'm good at tribridding but my overhead switches suck a lot. And I know the only way to make it far is to use ancients and stuff :/ But Magic will be so expensive to train, that's really why I want to become a mage tank.

Overall the biggest thing I'm worried about is I'm not a expert at the game, meaning I don't know how to play ironman mode, which is what you need to know how to do, at least in the beg.

Can anyone give me any strategy's I can use? And some tips/advice. I'm not a quitter so don't bother preaching that the key to dmm is to just keep playing, I know! thank you.

Ancients are disabled for the first week. This round of seasonals will be a lot more balanced because of it. We will likely see more players playing for a longer period of time. Considering this is your first time playing & I'm assuming you're a solo player, I would train melee + range to start. Rush 43 prayer.

DO NOT:
- Do lava dragons
- Go to Zeah
- Go to Edge bank without a full inventory of food
- Teleport to any location after the first day and expect it to be empty
- Attempt the Ava's quests in one go with little food in your inventory (east of Varrok and Draynor manor are hotspots)
- Train at the multi rock crabs
- Train in varrok sewers without the agility level to cross over into the dungeon

Have 2 accounts; Your main and a rogue account. Rogue account gets 40-60 magic in the first day and kills everyone you see(I kill people fishing in catherby from the water obelisk island), Get a red skull then kill the rogue account on your main. This is an easy way to transfer the bank keys over without having to wait out the 30 minute timer whilst you protect your magic/hp your main can just give you more runes & a staff. Rinse & repeat whilst using the profits to flip in GE. Law runes are usually really good items to flip on the first few days especially if you can enter the magic guild.

Just make sure you have friends and money / 2 most important things to make it to the end with some hope of winning
