Well I suppose that sums it up. That wikipedia article was a little to much thinking for me. Interesting never the less.

The universe won't just dissapear, it will either be sucked back into the center via gravitational force and restart the big bang, or.. everything will continue to move outward growing farther and farther apart and will eventualy cool resulting in a universe of absolute zero.

I thought atoms could reach abolute zero.I was aware that for one atom to reach absolute zero, all atoms in the known universe had to be in abolute zero, because of the law of conservation of energy that states energy cannot be created nor destroyed. And on topic, i believe: To know the meaning of existance, is to know the mind of god.

That is amazing that you know that quote, I'm very impressed. I believe it was from "a brief history of time".Anyway, is it possible for the universe to reach absolute zero on its own as matter moves away from energy and further apart from one another as it continues to spread through the empty universte which withought energy or matter is absolute zero in itself.Oh, I thought you meant that the universe would be "diluted" to abzolute zero.I suppose it is theoretically possible for the universe to reach absolute zero, but that would require the complete cessation of all motion by all particles, which would be hard to accomplish...But yeah, I love Stephen Hawking.*![]()
