Why do we gotta wait 6 months to request repayment

If people have Valid proof... even your own other Staff member Zulu admitting to having everything he needed on his side to close the post in a day or two time span and report them as DNT...

IF PEOPLE have Valid proof... have Valid screenshots. Have everything they need plus some? They should be able to make a Refund request anytime they please?

People gotta wait 6 months before possibly even claiming anything? When some people have already waited 2 months for said thing or more? To wait even longer! Because they're new? Even with all Valid proof and your Staff member agreeing with me that he had everything he needed to shut down the report...

Respectfully I suggest this to change? Because now? Gotta wait half a year to make a post? Then wait another 2 months of Valid report? So 8 months total wait for a new person? Reporting and getting scammed for 10b... and now we gotta wait 6/8 months before anything can even be requested is wild. Please change the 6 month requirements and so forth, if someone has Hard Facts and Proof... THEY SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO REQUEST A REFUND NO MATTER THE SITUATION IF THEY HAVE PROOF!

Hey saw you talking about the 10b you were scammed, sorry to hear that, and i'm not sure if you are aware the max you can claim from the community repayment is $300.
As for the 6 month account age requirement before you can withdraw, I imagine it’s there so staff can allow for any disputes or appeals, and make sure the repayment pool has the funds allocated properly.
I think it also helps prevent abuse of the system.
