why did i get banned?

    why did i get banned?
    I got banned on my other account like 1year ago and when i went on sythe a month ago i could just make another account without saying i was banned... i invested like 500m 07 to start a renting service and even donated 100m to sythe?? Can someone ezplain to me why it let me made a second account when my first one was already banned? If i knew this i wouldnt have done this.. Or is it not based on IPs anymore???
