Why am I banned for being hacked?

My skype isn't compromised nor my email, nothing suspicious was sent from my PM as I received on from Moe around 5 minutes ago and I have 2fa enabled. What's going on?

 

I think the account's hacked and the person that's been posting this year is the culprit, if any other mod wants to investigate feel free

 

The only thing I've ever "hacked" in my life was my friends clubpenguin account nearly 8 years ago, I have access to the original email and everything. Why would anyone ever try to hack this account either? A week ago I had

1) No reputation
2) No post count
3) Nothing donated

Everything's been going good. Literally the only thing I had going for me was the join date if that means anything at all. My name is fbegfx and I still have the original .psd files I used to make my signature nearly 7 years ago. I still do gfx sometimes and I designed the thread layout for SkipTheGrind. I just don't understand..

It is good to be protective but I think it's pretty clear you're the owner. If you are somehow a hacker who decided to hack a 0 reputation 2009 account and make it a $50 donor and you also happened to learn some personal information about the account's creator then good job cuz u sure fooled me. Anyway I think unless there are some strong objections it doesn't make sense that this would be a hacked account given the evidence

 

I don't see enough proof to warrant a ban for hacking, unless I'm missing something.

 

He isn't banned for hacking, rather the account is banned for being hacked (but I think you meant that anyway)
