    its literally the same team minus those people, plus king and vlad. did not know those two made such a difference that you cannot function proactively on Sythe.
    What issues can we work on other than taking too long to solve issues?
    How does prolonged decisions effect you specifically?
    Bullish decision making is product of not going thoroughly through issues right? sort of contradicting imo.

    We all have feedback threads, might as well utilize them or message staff. Cant just talk a lot of crap and not really do anything about it. if you feel something isn't handled right, message them and express your concerns. Usually way more effective than saying the staff is shit, promote new staff.

    The staff team is the worst it's been in a while, the fact that you guys have let @video account recovery continued go on for so long without coming to a solution is pretty outrageous.

    Attempting to get your account back will take ages

    My case should be open and shut. I can understand Sythe not coming first, second, or even third as far as priorities are concerned, but to wait more than 3 days is ridiculous. This is a deterrent for users looking to come back to Sythe after losing access to their accounts. Telling someone to be patient when you aren't in their shoes is easy to do. To say you wouldn't be frustrated for these long wait times is asinine. This isn't something that needs to be briefed with a collective of people. If more active users is the end goal here, then maybe reinstating their inactive accounts might be a step forward, if done so efficiently and timely. Right now it looks messy and slow.

    Also, I believe there is an unwritten rule that revolves around staff members not taking over a case if or when another staff member decides to handle it first. While the thought process of this sounds ideal when you consider things done in an orderly fashion, however, what happens when one staff member (who isn't active) takes on a bunch of cases? You're relying on this one person and this is not efficient at all. If staff duties are overwhelming, then stepping down sounds ideal instead of keeping the position hostage when someone who is more available can take the job.

    Not to mention staff at the helm is going rancid. Nothing fresh about depending on inactive users for the most important duties on this site. When you look at dispute forum archives, the only admin you see actually handling reports is @Charlotte (up to 13 pages back, totaling a months span), then you start seeing other administrative activity as far as handling/closing disputes.

    You have 5 administrators. 2 of which don't handle in disputes/reports/cases in general unless it's high in status. Then you have 2 others which are essentially pioneers to the position at this point and aren't nearly as active as they once were. And then you have Charlotte, and if she's not around, you're basically fucked if you need help from an administrator.

    It's time to rotate some dead-weight and add fresh legs to this lazy system.

    Just so you're a bit aware of how it works now; moderators may not handle recoveries. Neither may globals. The only one appointed for this task is Charlotte. Several moderators have offered help on them, but the help was turned down each time. She handles them all by herself and I like to believe she does a great job on them, but yes, that means alot of users are depending on her. The recoveries she has handled are from the time she's been admin, the disputes before that were from when she was still global. Hopefully that clears it up a bit.

    This isn't an unwritten rule, it's an actual rule.
