Apologies for having to make this a public thread not a pm, due to DNT on this account I can't pm and your public skype is not available. My main account still isn't unbanned as I have 100m I need to pay someone back, which(plus more...) was on the account recovered.

Sorry my OP had 500 written somewhere so likely mistake but I paid 600 not 500 for that account (vouch was voted just under it).

Also what exactly happened with this account, because I had significant wealth also sitting on it that I lost, Im sure we can reach something reasonable.

how would wealth on the account be talked about here as I had a lot of cash/items (was merching stuff like hundreds of ahrim staffs etc) Im not sure of the exact value on. I would estimate ~350m, I know it was somewhat stupid to hold cash like that on a bought acc but I considered it really secure.

It was clearing from your bank, but it has cleared so I will get to work figuring out what is owed now

 

I know its been Christmas and all, but come on... That guy I owe money to from recovery is also waiting on this.

Yes, I apologize for the delay but essentially because of how long ago the original sale occurred and based on previous cases with similar situations, I am not entirely sure I am responsible for the account

 

i mean that could have been said instead of doing a mix of ignoring me and pushing excuses around to delay things, kind of ridiculous he sent me wrong amount of money, asked it to refunded (no bank was involved by the way when he said bank was clearing, it was all in paypal balance) for him to send the right amount now this?

 

im looking back over this and we are coming up to 2 months of delays and excuses.

I just wanted to ask you about this, quite literally in the first post of this thread you apology for writing down 500 instead of 600, though in this post you put the blame on Video. While I agree Video should have been quicker in resolving this it is wrong to put the blame on someone else for your mistakes. If that's how you work on a daily basis then this might even the case in this report. Now I'm not saying it is though what I'm saying is atleast cut Video some slack for cooperating here. And no I'm not saying this as his girlfriend or to get promoted to Admin.

 

In no way said or meant to imply it wasn't my fault for the wrong amount, claiming it was a bank clearing when no bank was ever involved just isn't true and part of the entire process of ignoring me and delaying to avoid paying it looks like. When this has taken over 2 months I think that is fairly generous for short words so please don't insult me by picking up on and claiming to be victimised by that.

My point in that previous post was the refund was instant just clicking a refund payment sent button, nothing ever had to clear from a bank it was just in paypal balance.

Honestly I wrote that after learning video had been point blank ignoring my messages on skype for delaying to avoid paying with this vote that was never mentioned, look at it from my point of view. A quick "hey I want to run this through with sythe staff to check if I am the one responsible for this" 2 months would have done a world of good.

I also accept that some kind of technical reason waiting to clear could be behind that because paypal are an awful company but my willingness to believe good faith gets lower ever week.

 

Updates, been another week?

 

A decision will be reached by staff shortly, sythe has asked that I not judge this case myself
