Who here plays CSGO still?

I've played quite a bit of CSGO in the past and everytime I enjoyed playing it, though I have my moments when I play it and when I don't. Next week I'll be having a (for me) new PC. I'm getting more and more motivated to try CSGO out again, also because my own multi-gaming community needs a bit more activity and therefore I'd try and recruit new members. I'm wondering who here still plays it or wants to give it a shot again? I do prefer to play with European players due to the ping, unless you're called @Damooshka or @Mew.

I do fear it's a bit dying out though, especially now there's PUBG. Sadly my favourite professional player Shroud also has moved on from CSGO as he claims "CSGO is dead".

it's not dead it's just that the dev's aren't doing a good job keeping it intresting to play after a while.

true and bringing some new content and maps that people actually play would be good too

 

More Operations, more mods and more gamemodes tbh.

 

I still play actively. I play Faceit, ESEA. Matchmaking is unbearable, too many cheaters. CS:GO isn't dead, it's just not as hyped up as it was when Gambling was booming. The lack of updates is what's hurting CS:GO the most though. They seriously need to take more affirmative action against hacking, MM is riddled with hackers, some blatant, some lowkey. Even in Prime MM you come across hackers.

 

Sometimes i go mad streaks with csgo, and sometimes i just quit it for months and months....
overall it gets annoying if ur from eu and u get russians in ur team lmao.

 

Same here. I have been on a kick for a few months now though. It is quite fun, but can get real old when you get stuck with random shitters who put little to no effort in and your against smurfs who are many ranks higher. They need to even out the playing field a little bit.

 

Bumping this again as I've been playing CSGO quite a bit lately again. Don't bother contacting me if you expect to be banned on Sythe such as 4/5 of the users above.

I want to get back into CS. I haven't played in like 10 years. I just bought CS 1.6 and CS:S the other day on steam, but I do not have GO. I would be interested in playing one of those though!
