Where to train? F2P

I was wondering where is a good place to train in F2P while getting some good drops. I have 70 att 75 str and 68 def. I wanna train def to 70 and then str to of course 99

Aren't giant spiders avaliable to F2p? IF they do you can even semi-AFK them, great xp but no drops :/

Decent xp plus limpwurt drops

 

How much xp an hour at goblins?

 

Can't give you an estimate...I remember seeing a guide which said around 30k/hr
I'm hunting limps atm so I'm not that concerned about xp rate.

 

Ice giants imo

 

I like limp roots, but i also like the ice giants chance of better drops...thanks guys.

 

I would recommend cockroaches they drop decent items for f2p.
