i want to train defence where should i train besides bandits?

 

Buy/Rent claws, go to troll invasion and keep clawing and spec restoring using the pots there, extremely quick.

 

this my friend. i do this at lvl 75 cb its epic exp. but i cant now since i got scammed. well i found a way to make 1.2m/h that im not disclosing. lol.

anyways this is like 130kexp/h or more.

Armoured Zombies are good also. I prefer bandits afk with guthans though.

 

I used to afk orks in gwd with guthansk super afkable not as fast as most methods thou

 

I assume since your training at bandits your looking for a spot to afk. If that's the case, I'd recommend checking out armored zombies if you have access to them or the daggonoths under the lighthouse (requires a dwarf multicannon and is semi afk + quite fast exp)

 

+ range exp. Kinda costly though.

 

Amoured zombies are really good around 100k. If you are willing to put in the time though, this can be increased to around 200 - 210k and hour with the use of sacred clay helmet's and extremes/overloads and turmoil. I was no lifeing their getting around 1.5 - 2.5m exp per day, real easy to afk.
