It's dying. I've talked to many of my older friends (who many of which are staff or have been staff) and can agree.
RuneScape was our main focus. Now that the game is getting retarded and many users are moving away from the cheating side, less and less people are coming, and more importantly, staying around Sythe. The generation associated with the dominance of RS has grown up, leaving a cult-like group that played when we were kids and a marketplace of 12 year old current players.
We need to find something to move our focus to, but I don't have a damn clue what. I mean it IS just a forum.

If you guys think RS will be the reason sythe will continue running, then you're clearly wrong. If that was the case, why are we adding other gaming cheating to sythe?

My suggestion, awhile ago, was to make Sythe a general meeting grounds for all gamers. Have it as a "master guild" that encompasses all games. Users that like certain games all get together under our name and game as they normally would, with rank structures inside each game and all of that fun nonsense.
Of course that raises the issue of staying a black market, and whether it would work.

I believe so. I don't think Sythe needs to be a black market at all, anymore. There's just no room for us. PA has the security covered, and we need to move on.

@OP, i really don't know. I feel sythe is slowly dying, but i don't know actual statistics or anything.

Personally I love rank structures, and I know that they're a great way to keep involvent high and a generally good vibe around the community. Not just moderators, but say, we have different "teams" for every game that Sythe is a part of. Take the well known CoD franchise for example. Someone makes a Sythe elite clan and everyone groups up and has a great time. Certain members are chosen as leadership and their miniranks on Sythe reflect that. I believe that Sythe becoming a giant gaming community is the next step in greatness.
Almost every game now is seperated in different servers for different countrines making it unplayable to play on American servers from Europe with like 300 ping. If this was to be done, I'd suggest some games that can be accessed from any country without any lagg or making seperate forums for people from Europe, America, Asia etc.

Keeping the black market could just be another incentive of using sythe, it is what separates us from the gaming forum pack. We need to implement more gaming sections and possibly start recruiting experienced players from all well known games to help jump start the new sythe era.
I agree on the all round gaming community idea. The black market being removed may help increase the member base of sythe because there are a lot of people looking for a community which doesn't involve itself in real world trading as its basically cheating whereas they want to be with a community which has travelled along the same path as them.
