    He was involved in a scam that occured a long time ago, pretty sure he took a split of a blue phat DDOS stake, he can pardon again in a few months.

    A bit more complicated.

    Harleigh owed WolfRS some money. WolfRS was friends with a known DDoSer/scammer (Gangz/Zgangz/Josh) who DDoSed Harleigh and gave WolfRS a split of the money to repay what was owed. Later WolfRS posted a report on Sythe, claiming Harleigh never paid him the money and she had to pay out. Months later, Zgangz posted admitting what had happened and WolfRS was banned as he had basically lied to staff and made a fake report in order to get extra money from Harleigh due to a debt that had already been repaid (albeit not in the best manner.)
