    Wasn't even much to repay, not sure why he didn't.

    As of the 2011 incident, if memory serves correct, he became really trusted and well known, then he admitted to a small scam in the past. Unbanned through a pardon, I think he was the reason high pardons were created in the first place.

    What you're describing is what he got banned for in 2010 (fake vouching when he started up on sythe). And yes, the pardon system was made for him basically.

    He eventually repaid that, and after one or two pardons, he was unbanned with a TWC.

    I am the guy that he attempted to scam. In my opinion attempting to scam and scamming should hold the exact same weight. someone here said maybe he will be unbanned if he can secure his sythe account, but what about the skype account? was that compromised aswell or was somebody gunna argue that that is not his real skype account. just curious.

    Is there a full list / thread listing more than one of Violent's scams anywhere? He used to use my friends chat & Sythe services for years before it happened. I was pretty surprised when the scamming happened and he stopped using me afterwards because he couldn't sell anymore, but I still don't really know much about it.

    It certainly wasn't his skype account and I know that for a fact. It was the hacker. His only issue should be securing his sythe profile.

    No but he's scammed people just about everywhere. Sythe, Powerbot, OSBot, TriBot, etc. He's also vaded a few times if memory serves me correctly and i'm sure he's scammed plenty of people while vading too. Usually staff catch his vaders and ban them without the community knowing so yh.

    He bought an account off of Sage, re-sold it to a guy who put money on it and it was recovered by Sage. Sage was banned for admitting to recovering the account and taking the money the guy who'd bought it afterwards had put on it, FishFishy was banned because he didn't have the money to refund the guy who was scammed by the account being recovered.
