Sebastian Vael is unbanned right now. He sorted it all out.

 

Any1 knows for how much time is Alma banned? :/

 

A week or so probably, he'll be in Last Chance usergroup upon his return, which is essentially where you get one infraction and that's it for you.

 

Tried searching the thread, But of course it's still disabled.

This may not be the right place to ask but it seems as good a place as any. What are the difference in Stuis ban (pre-vading/framing attempt) and Kinas? Stui was perm banned ASAP and remained perm for a while even after he paid everyone back several hundred dollars. Just feels that there is some bias there.

 

Stui also attempted to frame Hahanerd and throughout the ordeal didn't seem very supportive of the situation.

There was a period of a few days 3 or 4 where he had paid everyone back and had yet to vade/frame.

I do believe that a pardon is not a right granted upon paying back those you scam. Its purely a discretionary thing that is offered by the staff. Long ago if you scammed you were gone, there was no coming back. Claiming that because someone didn't get a pardon that people are being treated unfairly is complete hogwash because if people were truly being treated fairly the pardon system wouldn't exist.

 

There is a difference in owing money and paying back and pure out scamming. They both owed money to people, they both payed back. One is unbanned nearly immediately and the other wasn't, if case a and case b are the same they should have similar outcomes the only other reason to not have similar outcomes comes down to bias. If I am liked very well by the staff I am going to get more personal treatment than someone who isn't well known or well liked. Arguing any further is pointless because the posts will probably get deleted. I just thought I would post my feelings about it, but it is futile.

 

Stui's case was more complicated than Kina's, with Stui there was the matter of the mm'ing with minifoot that didn't work out. Honestly if Stui had just waited a little longer, it would have been resolved and he would have been unbanned. Again, Kina was easier to unban because his debts were easy to calculate and determine that they were paid back. Stui had quite a few debts + interest + the minifoot case

 

Stui had more debts to pay than Kina did, not to mention his case was more complicated than Kina's. However I did know of a certain staff member trying to get him banned for owing too much money simply because he didn't like him, I won't mention his name, but he knows who he is.

 

I think that Stui's situation was handled very inappropriately by everyone involved including himself. It is old news though.
