Thats exactly what happened, i dont buy the ban evasion shit either. We would have known, he would have done something funny and it would have obviously been almas doing he would rather have lived on a a martyred troll hero then go on as a mediocre vader turd. last i heard from him he had no more interest in this site anymore, and honestly i believe him.

They should have just let him stay permed instead of this constant teasing of him possibly coming back. This is just like the situation where he was placed in LCU and not receiving his last chance, alma is and never was a threat his banning was a result of a case of huttburt.

You're making assumptions to things you're not 100% aware of. It's the upper staff's decision to not release more information. It's been said about 100 times that this isn't for ban discussion, take that elsewhere. He was banned for evasion for something more severe than trolling. Sadly it was just found at a time that makes everything awkward.

PS. That should be the end of the discussion regarding it.
