Where Can I offer video editing services?

[Fiber Optic]

Hey everyone. I'd like to get some experience/practice with Sony Vegas Pro 13 & would like to offer FREE video editing services. The game(s),type(s) of videos do not matter to me. Where would i post to offer these services? thanks
