Whats in your inventory while pking?

I've always been curious, most people bring different items. I usually bring sharks
and some pots..
So, whats in your inventory while pking? [Also, if you say prayer pot, whats your prayer, and what prays do you use?]

I usually Have full inven of food... (sharks, lobs whatever) I dont usually use pots...

i got a str pot, a rune 2h and rest is lobbs

im simple. i bring pure set, pray pot(31 prayer), 2 extra recoils, and teh rest full of sharks/manta.
im a 1 attk obby mauler.

p2p = sharks or lobs (depends) super set , tele and dds (when using whip)

This is way too broad, you could be a ranger melee, ancients, norms, lunar, hybrid, tank there are far too many combinations and you need to be more specific if you want a relative and helpful answer

not full inv cuz i take loot often and fights mostly arent that long.

Well I have 2 questions.
1 - I know when your wearing a recoil ring, it deals damage to your opponent. But if you have extra ones in your inventory will it deal extra damage?

2 - Whats a pure set?

somebody is a total noob. I am in training atm but will be bringing dds monks/ sharks, pure set.

a pure set is like a super set without the defence potion
