I Need Some PKing Advice

Well, I suck that's all I can say, I lose about 400k in two days, I don't know what I do wrong, I pot, eat, rune 2h, and everything. I need some pking tips - I usually bring -

Full Black
Rune Scimitar
Rune 2h
Str Pot
Lobbies

Stats -

40 atk
51 str
10 def
25 mage

Its all about timeing.I used to suck at pking.. then all of a sudden i owned.. its just timming and food.. i get sharks.. and i hit on 25 hp.. asoon as its there turn to attke i hit on there attke so that hit dont do damage then i hit back up 2 full

Would you prefer some kind of set-up? Because sometimes when you pk and you click on them it just clicks as if he walks and that ruins timing and gets you owned.

Maybe the one button options?
