What to do with $25K?

Like what the others said, if the 25k is your bank, probably best not to invest just yet in case you need to use that money.
But if you really want to start on increasing, I reckon start small and see what it's like first before you go all in.
In the mean time, just shop around and try to flip some real life items. Make sure you do your research and browse around online to see what other people are selling at before you buy though.

Lots of it does. Even just a residential lot could be worth holding onto, check out zillow, zip realty etc. Lots of these sites mention the areas price increases over time, my city's property values are increasing my 7% a year.. and thats a fucking LOT. I'm considering buying some run down or not so nice houses, getting them into rentable shape to cover any mortgage on the ones I can't buy outright and sitting on them a while.

 

If you can get into property with 25k it would be a nice investment.
In my area, property needs at least 200k,and that is to get somewhere or in the car country away from anywhere..

 

Not where I live lol. I'd be lucky to buy a front yard for 25k.

 

Is that all you have? In that case invest a bit of it and use the rest of it to just live, pay taxes or rent, buy food, etc.
If it's just spare then just hold on to it and try making money with a small percentage of the 25k.
