What should I train on with 55 range?

I have a level 39 range pure with 1 strength, defense, attack with 57 range and 46 Constitution but I don't know what to train on... so what do you suggest me to train on for fast levels?

I don't mind wasting food but I would like it to not hit me too much to the point where I have to go to the bank for food every 5mins.

So yeah, tell me what to train on.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that it is F2P so I need places that are for F2P

 

If you're F2P, just range Lesser Demons from the safe spots. No food needed.

Minotaurs in the security stronghold.

Fleshies/cockroaches/spiders as you get stronger.

 

That's what I am training on atm. They give 6-7k of range xp at the end of a full inventory of trouts which is every 5mins. I just keep having to go to the bank for food every 5mins and it's annoying. That's why I was wondering if there is any other places where I can train with good xp and not having to go to the bank often.

Fleshies/cockroaches/spiders are going to be much more annoying since they hit harder.

I guess, I am stuck with Minotaurs then.

 

There's no place to safespot the minotaurs or any of the other stronghold monsters?

 

Hmm, I don't know but I don't think there is a bot that kill monsters in the Stronghold from a safespot.

 

Al kharid warriors till 70ish. Bank is right there and there are a lot of warriors.
