I know conversational Mandarin and have been learning it for almost two years, while the rest I've been taught since my toddler days.

Would love to learn russian and french, since my favorite authors (Sartre and Dostoyevsky) wrote their texts in their native languages first.

It is, however, incredibly useful to learn another language. Scientific research also suggests that it actually keeps your brain active and stops it from "ageing" as quickly. Not necessary, but there can only be benefits towards learning one.
