What languages do you speak?

Everyone learns differently. The way they teach in school is all memorizing french verbs etc. Thats only one way of learning and IMO its a pretty bad learning method for me. I much prefer audio and oral learning. Writing exercises are good to and will help you in writing the language you're learning. I had to go through all of highschool learning french(I live in Quebec) I have to tell you i don't enjoy the french language. It just sounds so bad to me. The main point is you have to try a many methods to learn a language, and schools that just have you memorizing verbs are stupid.

 

English, and Dutch. English being my primary language.

 

Broken Italian, Spanish, and English obviously but I learned the basis of my spanish speaking skills throughout middle school and high school believe it or not.

 

English. Learned Spanish/French previously, but not nearly well enough to say I am/was fluent.

 

I speak English and am learning Spanish. After learning to speak Spanish fluently, I plan to learn French. All of which are helpful when living in North America. As a fun language to challenge myself with, I'd learn Italian as a fourth and final language.
