I've been using the Logitech G110 for over a year now and it's pretty good, what keyboard do you use?

A simple logitech keyboard, I think it was like $20 bucks, I don't see a point in buying very expensive keyboard, I'd rather upgrade my computer :P

Logitech MK320 wireless KB. Nothing fancy, I just wanted it for the media controls. I plan to eventually upgrade to something better. Definitely a mechanical keyboard, but I don't have anything specific picked out yet. Right now my priority is upgrading my computer rather than the peripherals.

This.
My next keyboard will be a mechanical, probs something like a filco not sure yet.
But keyboards aren't as important as mice/PC's.

Yup. I'm probably just gonna get a Blackwidow:

Corsair is gonna start doing kbs now too though, this one is catching my eye:

Looks like shit but seems like it would be great for FPS gamers like myself. Btw, I had no idea a mechanical keyboard had a life cycle lol. 50 million keystrokes is quite high though, should definitely outlast the length I would want to keep it anyway :P

But for now I'm focusing on my video card situation. Currently in the process of ditching the GTX 480 and going HD 6950 CFX for the added VRAM and performance roughly equal to a GTX 590 after I unlock 'em.

Don't get a black widow, get a DAS or something.
Corsair might be okay.

Wouldn't it be cheaper to get a second 480?
I know I can get one brand new here in Australia for $270 so second hand would be a pretty good price? Guess the added vram is a bonus tho.

I think I'ma go for the Corsair one if the price drops a little by the time I can afford it. Looks nice, just not nice enough to justify the price tag. The blackwidow actually has pretty good reviews (unlike other Razer keyboards lol). What I get depends mostly on the budget at the time :s. The DAS isn't my forte, I'd like at least a few macro keys.

If I wanted to go 480 SLI I would have to upgrade my PSU :/ plus CFX scales better. 100%+ scaling in most scenarios. Also I don't really wanna buy a secondhand one tbh. Most 480s for sale will be like early adopters who are upgrading to 5xx/6xxx series. So they probably will have seen a lot of use / have not much if any warranty left. The 6950s are a slight downgrade at stock but once unlocked to 6970 are pretty much equivalent in terms of performance. Main reason for trading though is I can't stand the heat/power consumption. My 480 pulls close to what 2 6950s would... pretty sad how much more power efficient AMD cards really are lol
