What is your typical breakfast?

Toast/Muffins, maybe Bacon or pancakes.
I don't eat that much for breakfast

 

Rolled oats W honey + Cup of tea.

Toast with vegimite. :]

 

I rarely eat breakfast.

 

Plain bread/bagel occasionally with jelly or peanut butter, alongside 2% milk or Tropicana orange juice. I literally have that everyday.

Tall glass of water and coffee. Usually that's it, unless I'm feeling hungry (which rarely happens) then I usually eat toast or a muffin if we have them.

 

Nothing or a pack of fruit snacks whilst driving.

 

And people wonder why there's an obesity problem in the US... lol
Anyway:

 

I haven't had a meal before 7pm in... years! I tend to sleep in as late as possible and have no time for unimportant meals such as lunch or breakfast.

 

Normally I eat around 5 slices of bread, with cheese, chocolate, peanutbutter, meat, w/e.

I drink milk along with it, or juice.

Very rarely when i do i eat biscuits and gravy, bacon, toast and oj.

 

Ye i never eat breakfast, when i do its one bite of a brunch-time bar.

I think I'm the only one that doesn't like cereal


I eat a huge fat sandwich with a chicken patty, couple slices of pork, huge slice of tomato and a lot of lettuce.

Then I have a cup of milk. If possible, I add an apple, but most of the time I don't have the time for one.

 

i do like porridge,eggs,fried stuffed buns,fried dumplings,and so on

 

Toast with peanut butter and coffee. Sometimes I'll make eggs.

 

• 6 egg whites.

• 3 egg whole eggs.

• 2 slices of whole wheat toast.

• Usually a banana or an orange.
